SCOTCH PLAINS — Atlantic Medical Group, Atlantic Health System’s network of physicians, today opened a new office location in Scotch Plains, bringing together some of the network’s local board-certified providers in pediatric and primary care under one roof.
Atlantic Medical Group’s Pediatrics at Scotch Plains and Family Medicine at Scotch Plains offer a convenient location on Terrill Road for local families and children seeking care.
David Levine, MD, a board-certified pediatrician, comes to the Scotch Plains location, having recently provided care at Atlantic Medical Group’s location in Florham Park.
Offering primary care are board-certified internal medicine physicians Brian Cassidy, MD, Payal Joshi, MD, Laura Von Berg, MD, and Melvin Rubenstein, MD, who previously served patients at another location in Scotch Plains.
“We’re excited to join the Scotch Plains community and to bring together a team of physicians who children and families here can rely on for responsive, high quality, patient-centered care, all in one convenient location,” said Steven Sheris, MD, president of Atlantic Medical Group.
As part of Atlantic Medical Group, the physicians at the Scotch Plains location are seamlessly connected to the nearly 1,000 specialty providers throughout the network, as well as the services and programs at Atlantic Health System’s seven medical centers and hospitals, Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Goryeb Children’s Hospital, Newton Medical Center, Hackettstown Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center and Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute.
