SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD – The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education finalized plans on Thursday evening to proceed with a January 28, 2025, special election aimed at addressing high enrollment in the elementary schools and other pressing needs across the district. The new plan was guided by community feedback gathered since the September vote.
