FANWOOD — The Fanwood Memorial Library has announced an upcoming program featuring author and former FBI agent Fred Boff, who will discuss his new book, “King Rex and the Cowboy Mafia.” This event will take place next Thursday, January 23, at 7 p.m., at the library, located at 5 Forest Road.
