The second-seeded Westfield High School girls basketball team invaded the hive of the top-seeded Bayonne Bees and returned home with a sweet, 41-33, victory to grab the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 crown on March 8. It was also sweet revenge because the Blue Devils had lost to the Bees for the title on 2023. The 246 Blue Devils sank 18 of 23 free throws, while the 25-6 Bees sank 13 of 22 free throws.
