CLARK—During Monday night’s meeting of the Clark Township Council, the regular order of business was suspended so Captain MiguelAcabou and Captain Christian Lott could promote Officer Andrew Medeiros and Sergeant Michael Ciaccio to the rank of Sergeant and Detective Sergeant, respectively.
